This place suits me perfectly, with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. I remember how the staff helped me find a lost jewel during my first stay. I'll be back soon for another city trip!

Our room itself was air conditioned for travel cot. Loved convenient decor, plus an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe were at a high level. A tube station was close to the accommodation.

It is very central so the location is good.
The Club Room we had was very small, the bathroom was unheated. Not terribly impressed with the hotel. The breakfast at £15 was not particularly good. Would not stay there again.

The daily service was good. Extra touch as bed was much appreciated too. The location was magnificent and the staff was responsive during the whole stay! Just a 15-minute walk away there was Covent Garden subway station.

Super comfy stay!
Just spent 1 night in a cosy double room and loved it! Staff were super friendly, and my room was super clean. The breakfast was tasty too, but it could use a bit more variety. Location was killer with easy access to tube stations. Just wished the shower didn't take forever to warm up.

Overall clean, low-budget hotel, I loved outstanding rooms and helpful staff. The location of the venue was marvellous - relatively close to Waterloo. The area was quiet.

Be sure to inquire about room placements to minimize noise from neighboring rooms. some areas can be quite loud.

Location
I paid £278 for 2 nights -breakfast not included. I had to pay £15 for breakfast in addition. I thought that this was a total rip off and completely not worth the £15. £5-10 would have been nearer the mark! On the second day I went elsewhere for breakfast. On the first day, my cooked breakfast had egg, bacon & black pudding which were all rock hard. They must have been there for a long time to be like that! The breakfast experience was a real shame and although I really liked the new refurb of the hotel, the breakfast really let the stay down and badly so! I have stayed with you in previous years and if I decide to do so again I would go elsewhere for my breakfast.
